I also break down what is happening in Italy, China, and where the United States is heading if we don’t take proper measures. But these measures may not be exactly what the media is telling you.
Don’t let the fear of this novel disease distract you from what really is keeping you from passing your threshold and being healthy.

Great topic. I’m not so sure about your math, but I like how you developed the argument. I think we can all agree that, at this point, there are scarier things than COVID-19. Your recommendations are spot on from my perspective. Keep up the podcasts.
